"We had a 3 bedroom suite. It was spacious, rooms was nice, views was good, full kitchen. The option for breakfast came in handy just need to have 2 or 3 more options for sure! Staff A1!!! They were great w/ anything I asked. Yes there is a popular rooftop here, people come that isn’t staying at hotel. It does take a long time to get your food, so definitely come with the vibes to not let that get to you. They do be on the more dressy side when they come up there. We never was though. The prices are on the high side too. My only complaint is do not order room service online. The restaurant doesn’t actually get the orders on their side. It was a mess but I did end up getting my food 2 1/2 hours later. "

"The Caribe Hilton is an old building (75+ years), so it’s showing its age. Nevertheless, it is super charming! The pool is world class, and the bar/live music was incredible! I am born and raised puertorican, so I am aware of the cultural importance of this hotel. So many puertorican artists have performed here, it is a pinnacle of who’s who when it comes to PR’s artistic heritage. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, however, they’re not pet friendly, and that is a no-no next time I come visit my homeland. All in all, if you want to visit PR, this is the perfect spot to stay at (if you don’t have pets). 10/10"

"This hotel is great. Family friendly, excellent pool and jacuzzi that is open from 7am-11pm. Room was clean and up to date. Kitchenette, living room, bedroom. Breakfast each day was mediocre but reliable. Close and walking distance to beach with chairs, towels, and umbrella included with stay. Restaurants on property, food and drinks at pool. Overall, if you have kids, and want a resort hotel, this is it. Three star hotel but 5 stars for me and my kids. "

"The location is convenient. The restaurant is a great option. And, there are other places to eat in close proximity . No need to go out if you do not want to. The staff for the hotel was very accommodating. I was able to check in early and leave my bags after checking out so that I could do more outdoor activities, like shopping. There is a grocery store, pharmacy close by and you can take the bus or taxi. Taxis are just outside. I enjoyed by stay. The Internet is good and there is TV if you want to watch the news, weather or movie. "
