"After an initial question by the host, which I answered, I received no responses from him to the two or three questions I had. We had no check-in information. Sitting outside the property, I called him. Fortunately he answered. He gave us the door pass code, which got us in. There was no information inside about the WiFi or other amenities. It is a beautiful property right on the ocean, but I had no access code to enter the pool area and the beach."

"This was our first visit to Cozumel. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot to discover the island. The property is immaculate and everyone we met at the pool or beach were kind and helpful. Snorkeling off the property was a particular highlight of the visit and having two balconies to watch the sunsets made for a perfect ending to our adventure in Mexico. "

"Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks....

"The apartment was truly as described. Very modern and has everything that you would need. Beautiful balconies with nice views. It was great having a TV in every room for those late nights. The rooftop pool and bar was a huge bonus. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Kippal was not our first choice, let me explain. We had rented a condo along the beach south of town. Unfortunately, a hurricane, Beryl, had visited the island days before we arrived. The condo we had reserved had not power due to power lines being down, so the owners of the condo we very gracious to provide us with a full refund. We got back on Vrbo to find a place quick and found Kippal. Thanks to Julia for helping us get settled in as quickly as possible. The condo was perfect close enough...

"I was in Cozumel for Ironman and wanted a place near the finish line that was also walkable to groceries, supplies, etc. The Kippal Property was located in an ideal area of town and was very comfortable & accommodating. Communication was outstanding throughout. Noise levels outside were fine (something I was concerned about). I'd stay again. "

"Great stay, staff are helpful, friendly and there to ensure you just have a good time! They kept the resort clean and my room was always up to par. The restaurants were very good and I enjoyed the entertainment. Only down side is they are under construction so areas were closed. The Buffett food is bland and needs seasoning. And lastly there are no clocks in the room so there is no way to know the time at a glance or ways to set an alarm outside the phone or having a morning wake up call. Outside of those small things everything else is amazing "

"Stella service, staff and activities. Food was really good with a lot of variety. Was able to go to the “Privilege áreas and restaurants and they were superb!
