"EXCELLENTE!!! We had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived with Jonathan in the front lead bell boy, took our bags, welcomed us home. He helped us with everything from bags to taxis. Front desk, our gamer friend Gina helped us upgrade our room from an ocean view to an ocean front, took care of any reservations questions and all room and resort questions we had. 1 thing we could have done without was the hustling concierge that wanted to sell us a timeshare so bad he followed (escorted) us to our room and even called our room twice to get us to come to a timeshare showing. I understand it’s a business, but once we said, “No, we are on a family vacation with plans all week”, he should have gotten the hint and allowed us to enjoy our time hassle free. Other than the slight annoyance from the time share which really wasn’t a big issue, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect! Pools, food options, food quality, room quality, cleanliness, room service, themed nights, it was top shelf greatness from beginning to end! "

"This resort was absolutely beautiful. They have different restaurants to choose from, just make sure to make reservations for the restaurants when you get there or you’ll only have the buffet, pizzeria or taco stand option. The pools were beautiful and DJ always had great music playing. We went during seaweed season but the resort was great on making sure the beach was clear of seaweed. Room was nice and soft beds only thing is first night had to call for restock on bottles of water but after that no problem. Felt very safe. So much to do. Definitely going back."
