Staff is very nice. Room is nice. Pool at Heaven was freezing, which is a shame considering that there is no real beach to swim in. Restaurants were better than expected for an all-inclusive, as were the premium and high - end liquor options . The worst part is that they really push you to attend their vacation package seminar.

Clean rooms, well kept grounds, good vibes all around. Amazing staff!! The ONLY draw back is how loud the halls are at night. They are open air halls, so no carpet or anything to dampen sounds. Cleaning crews come thru during the night and it echoes thru the halls really bad. Same with guests at all hours talking loudly and it seriously makes it like an echo chamber in your room. Didn’t sleep more than a few hours at a time any of the 5 nights we were there. Everything else was amazing!!

I really enjoyed the adults only side and its exclusivity. I also enjoyed how close the adults only buildings were closed to the spa. My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights 10 days and everything was absolutely perfect. We loved how polite and friendly everyone was with us from when we arrived until when we left. Hotel was beautiful, our room was exactly as pictured, drinks were 10/10, the different pools were big (we loved that there was an adults only side and a family side), food was delicious and the beach was out of this world👌 The service was top notch and we loved how there was 24 hour room service. We really enjoyed staying here and we’re hoping to visit another HARD ROCK soon!

The staff was very good and very helpful, the property nice and clean and very pretty. The only thing I was not to liking was the sales pitch and not taking a persons no and trying to many times to get a person to buy in. The food was 5 stars and the drinks were amazing. Hotel staff get 2 stars. Major issues with our room and trying to get housekeeping to clean the room on time. Front staff then tried to trick us into signing a waiver of claims and rights because it was raining so bad people were falling and getting injured at the resort. When we declined to sign away our rights, everyone became very cold.

Manu at Faro is amazing. Loved Japanese restaurant forgot his name. I loved that Everyone spoke English really well. it’s a beautiful nice place. I would have given 5 stars ⭐️ But I did not like is our very first morning there they kept us in a sells meeting, trying to push sells. We had to tell 5 people NO. Not the time or the place to push sells. We are on vacation! We want fun and not to be pushed around by sell people!!!
