"Amazing resort. The staff throughout the property were wonderful, and the pool service was excellent. The only disappointing part of my stay was the front desk at the spa. The two gentlemen there weren’t friendly, didn’t seem familiar with the service I had booked, and their attitude wasn’t welcoming. Once inside, the services themselves were exceptional. Overall, it was a great stay, and I just wish the initial interaction had been more pleasant."

Michelle was also such a sweetheart and made sure that she greeted us every time she ran into us. Orquidia at the spa was so welcoming and made sure we had the best experience there. My message therapist Jessica did an amazing service. The security guard Angel was always on top of making sure everything was secure and safe.
