"The property offers great activities and pools for families, which we really enjoyed. The food is excellent; however, it can get very crowded, and we had to wait over an hour for a table at the restaurants at times. The same issue applies to the snack bar—there is only one available in the entire resort, and we often waited more than 30 minutes for something simple like a small pizza. Additionally, it is located far from the kids’ pool, which makes it inconvenient for families. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but there are a few areas that could be improved, such as adding more snack bar options and increasing the number of servers at the kids’ pool. Each day there was only one server attending more than 20 guests, which made service quite slow."

"The food was amazing at the restaurants, buffet and food trucks. There could have easily been one, if not 2, more coffee/ice cream shops. And more bathrooms around the pool area and main floor bar."

"Overall pretty underwhelming. Since they didn’t accept reservations for dinner most of the time you wait in line to be seated by staff that were less than pleased to help you. There is as a lot of attempts to upsell you by staff. Food was okay. Like hospital cafeteria food. We stayed in the preferred side which made things enjoyable. This place is best for people with kids or low standards. "

"The seaweed that was stacked outside of building 6 made it a very undesirable location. I paid for an ocean view, and got a seaweed view. Very disappointed. "

"I heard this was a "budget" Resort, but we have stayed at much higher end resorts and this blew them out of the water! Excellent staff, many great restaurants to choose from, the bike excursion to town was excellent. Zero complaints about anything at this Resort. Teens were entertained and loved it. Would absolutely NOT go to the 90 minute presentation for their travel club unless genuinely interested. It was way longer than 90 minutesand wasted half our day."

"It was an absolute zoo , people on top of each other . I understand they are trying to make most money as possible but they could have managed it better . It was so bad me and my family left the hotel after saying for an hour and they would not even give me a partial refund . The beach was so bad that the water was brown . It was absolutely the WORSE hotel I ever stayed in my life "

"Staff was extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make our vacation special. Booking trips off the resort was easy and ALL the food we had was excellent! Would stay here again, definitely liked having the heated pool in the excellence club. "
