Enjoy dining and lounging in the generously-sized living/dining area graced by floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead out to a spacious terrace overlooking the courtyard, pool area and blue Caribbean beyond.

The spacious master suite features a wall of windows overlooking the sea, a king bed, and an en suite bath. The sunny second bedroom is welcoming and has its own en suite bath as well.

What really sets this condo apart is the private roof deck, which has a shaded seating area, loungers for sitting in the sun, wet bar, outdoor shower and half bath. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee — watching the sun rise over the Caribbean- or evening cocktail watching the sunset.

Palma Real is a 15-unit, 3-storey gated complex at the south end of the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos. It is beautifully maintained, with on-site staff and security, off-street parking, a courtyard with quiet pool, hot tub, and a stretch of Caribbean beach right out front!

Palma Real's location near the federal port means that our beach is peaceful and free of local vendors.

Full disclosure: in some years or seasons, the sargassum (seaweed) on our beach and on the beach in town can be off-putting and interfere with our enjoyment of the oceanfront. This can and does change overnight, in either direction. You can research sargassum levels on websites which are updated daily.

Puerto Morelos is the hidden jewel of the Mayan Riviera and is well known for its wide, white beaches, vibrant town center and restaurant scene, charming shops and local artisans. It is just 15 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport and approximately 25 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.

Our condo is 1km from Puerto Morelos- just a 10-minute walk. Stroll in for dinner in one of Puerto Morelos's delicious restaurants and take a $3-$4 cab ride home from town. If you prefer to cook in the condo's gourmet kitchen or bbq on the terrace, there is a large, American-style supermarket located right downtown where you can stock up on groceries, wine and beer, and prepared meals to take home.

We will put you in touch with our property manager close to your arrival. She can offer assistance with transportation from the airport and answer any questions you may have about the condo or Puerto Morelos. She will be available during your stay to recommend tours and activities, rent bicycles, or book services.
