"I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 "

"Great place with great staff ! Cant reccomend it enough . We stayed 4 days and they were a complete pleasure . We will come back and also highly reccomend the place to our friends ! pleae note : expedias location is completely innacurate and therefore the distances to the various restraunts etc as outlined in expedia are also inaccurate . Expedia needs to fix that . "

"Diamond hotel si trova a circa 2,5 km dal villaggio di Cabarete, ma è a pochi metri da una delle spiagge più belle di quel tratto di costa, ideale per chi pratica il kitesurf (è una spiaggia libera e senza servizi tipo bar e ristoranti, ma proprio per questo motivo io l'ho trovata fantastica). Le camere sono pulite, dotate di cassaforte e aria condizionata, il personale è disponibile e una piacevole piscina allieterà il vostro soggiorno. Consigliato. Lo consiglio"

"Leider konnte ich im gebuchten und bezahlten Hotel nicht einchecken, da an der Rezeption keine Reservierung gefunden wurde. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, aber sie haben nix gefunden. Ich musste spontan ein anderes Hotel suchen. Hoffentlich bekomme ich mein Geld zurück."

"It was ok, supposed to sleep 4, however, the futon in the living area is pretty small & really old, a really nice pull out sofa would've been ideal. The bungalow is spacious & tidy, the covered porch is nice, lots of beautiful greenery on the property."
