"Our stay at this resort was completely overshadowed by how management handled a theft incident.My boyfriend accidentally left his bag unattended for only a few minutes. Two women turned the bag in, but security footage clearly showed them removing approximately $500 in cash before doing so. Despite this evidence, we felt like the resort was more concerned with protecting the individuals involved than helping us as guests.We repeatedly asked for updates and assistance, but communication was poor and we constantly had to chase down information ourselves. We were told an investigation was taking place, yet it never felt like there was any real urgency or effort to resolve the situation. Eventually, we had to involve the police because we felt we were getting nowhere.What was most disappointing was learning that the two women were never banned from the resort, even after video evidence showed them taking money from the bag. As paying guests and victims of theft, it was incredibly frustrating to see no meaningful action taken. It left us with the impression that our concerns were not being taken seriously.We understand that a resort cannot control every guest’s actions, but it can control how it responds when something happens. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, transparency, and support made an already stressful situation much worse.We came here expecting a relaxing vacation and left feeling disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place."

"At the from desk "almost" everybody was friendly, food is good, entertainment 👎, no wifi in rooms so if you want to make a phone call you must go to the lobby, there's no service at the beach side, etc etc....will I go back there? Definitely not!! The beach is very nice and good for children 👌just make sure yourself reservation specify with detail yourself room....I ask for ocean view, I didn't get , they wanted to charge $160 extra to give it to me. Nobody was responsible for anything, especially Expedia."

"Deben de ser un poco más limpio en la limpieza de las habitaciones y un poco más higiénicos en las barras que están para las piscinas ya que la gente trae sus vasos personales y los cojen y les ponen los refill de hielo y líquido sin tener ninguna higiene. Cosa que puede propagar virus y alguna enfermedad. Eso fue lo que no me encantó del resort."

"Some Staff By The Bars And.Kitchen and other pool amenities Were More into people business and talking about People Than Giving Services we Paid For only .Also Some staff Should be banned and Fired For being Disrespectful With The Guest That are Staying At the reaort .Other Than That Most Staff Were Excellent and Attended And took Care of Guest greatly.I would Definitely Go Back If this is addressed Same With other Guest I met That Complained The same Thing .Other Than Dominican Republic Is Beautiful And an Awesome Countty"
