THIS PLACE IS A GEM!! Don't let the dated exterior worry you; this hotel is immaculately clean and lovingly cared for. I confess that when we first pulled up I wondered for a moment what we'd gotten ourselves into, but from the moment we walked in to the lobby we were treated warmly and kindly, with a cheerful fireplace, treats on the counter, and a receptionist who was as thorough in her job as she was thoughtful and sweet. Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

A gem of a place, with friendly and welcoming reception, morning coffee, clean, updated and comfortable rooms, great shower pressure, a mini fridge and a microwave. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We had an incredible stay here. You can’t beat the location and the price. I felt this block was in a nicer portion of downtown. There weren’t people sleeping on the sidewalks outside and the light rail is only two blocks away. We also parked our car in a parking garage one block away for $30 a day. Would absolutely stay here again if we can get it for this great price again.

After staying at the Times Square location, CitizenM SLU met the same high standard. The location is awesome, walkable to top spots like the Space Needle and close to tons of tech companies and great public transit. The rooms are compact but super functional, with smart controls and a huge, comfy bed. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Perfect for a smart, stylish, and stress-free stay as a solo traveler in Seattle.

Conveniently located to the waterfront piers, the free waterfront shuttle, ferries, stadiums and the light rail. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had a good variety of choices and was filling. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and the was hotel quiet.

Very pleasant check-in. The property is incredibly clean and the rooms offer a very comfortable space in which ro relax and unwind. Much less stuffy than, or as plain as, your standard hotel room. More than reasonably priced as well.

This hotel was so sweet. The atmosphere is wonderful, the location was everything. The only downside is that it was a little loud at night, but it was too be expected and nothing that some earplugs couldn’t fix.
