"The staff seemed very bothered every time you asked for something. We stood in line for 50 minutes to check in only to find out we were dropped off at the family side. Then went to the adult side and had to wait an additional 30 min. I made reservations for 2 beds and they put me in a room with a king. Had to go back downstairs and wait in another line for 15 minutes to get in the room for 2 beds. Staff couldn't offer any answers to any questions, just kept referring to the app to find whatever we needed help for. "
