"I'd like to start by recognizing bartender names Anthony. His joy, and happy carisma made the experience memorable. Food was EXCELLENT at the hotel, there is room for improvement as far as hotel maintaince. You could tell some appliances are starting to wear out. The scent here is extremely wonderful however sometimes overpowering. STAFF IS INCREDIBLE. I have no complaints about anyone. Everyone was respectful, cheerful and professional. Things I didn't really like although it wasn't that much of a big deal was that at this resort compared to others I've been to in DR. This one has wait times when visiting the restaurants, no reservation needed. Every restaurant we attended had a 30-40 minute wait time before being seated. Which wasn't ideal considering our 2 year old.... the lazy river was also one of my favorites! And the kiddie pool is perfect, my son was able to wander (with close supervision) without having to worry of depth. our stay was close to perfect! "
