"The staff was amazing. Constantino was pleasant and helpful. Victor the butler was available at any given moment to assist with questions and reservations booking. Dani the entertainer by the pool was fun and had everyone in our group dancing. These people made our stay more than excellent!!!"

"Room clean hood enough for 3 stars. Staff does not understand english. Swim up bar was good. I would give 4 stars The pools need to maintenance The food litle salty Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Need to play early morning or afternoon after 5pm. Because the sun. Italy, Japanese and steak house restaurants are good. As 3.5 star Buffet i would give 3 stars Overall staff not in a service mode. And most staff does not know English. Not recommend for vacation. If you expect 4.5 stars service. I would go to Cancun, Bahamas, Caracao or Aruba. For little more cost."
