This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath canal front home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short .9 miles from Fisherman's Village and 1.5 miles from the heart of charming downtown Punta Gorda. The large king primary suite has direct lanai access, a sitting area, smart TV, large bath with dual sinks, a tile walk in shower, soaking tub and walk in closet. The split floor plan offers a second king suite with its own bath and smart TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature a queen bed and two twins respectively and share an adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.
