"The staff were great as is the case in most of Bali. Hot Springs were just the best. Rooms were clean and comfy bed, but no air con, which wasnt a problem for us. Only other negative was no hot water in shower but if you spend 3 hours in the hot springs like me, who needs a shower."

The staff are kind and responding quickly to our needs. The room is very spacious and we love it has big wardrobe which is good for long stay guests.
