The staff are kind and responding quickly to our needs. The room is very spacious and we love it has big wardrobe which is good for long stay guests. "The staff were great as is the case in most of Bali. Hot Springs were just the best. Rooms were clean and comfy bed, but no air con, which wasnt a problem for us. Only other negative was no hot water in shower but if you spend 3 hours in the hot springs like me, who needs a shower."
