Every morning during my stay, I had breakfast on the 4th floor with a view of the Sarawak River. There were varieties of local dishes, desserts and fruits. Great location on the waterfront. A nice free upgrade with a city view didn't hurt. Great bed, great bathroom, very clean. Goof breakfast. Really impressed with the staff. They are so nice here, know how to treat a guest.

Rooms were clean. Maid service was prompt.

Overall, the facilities are excellent and conveniently located in the downtown area, Kuching. We had a nice stay at the hotel and staff were friendly. Directory of the operation, Kenny Tham was extremely helpful with arranging a day tour for us.

Helpful staff

The professionalism of the staff aligned with the quality of the property and delicious room service menu choices; top-notch! There was some construction going on that we only barely heard once for about 10 minutes. Bonus: my family of three where two of us have wheelchair needs, we found the food court, spa services and convenience store on the property to be very comfortable and convenient. We plan to visit frequently just to order take out from their devine chef and his signature cheese...

Excellent staff Clesm rooms and very helpful.staff

We loved the location right on the waterfront! This is more of a hostel/guesthouse and we stayed in one of the private rooms. This was good with us, but want people to know. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
