"We had a wonderful stay at the Beau Site! The hotel is stunning, every detail is perfection. The area is quiet and picturesque and close to the centre of town. The pools and spa are clean and so luxurious. The staff is so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Sabina and Camilla at the front desk were particularly helpful and good to us. We were lucky enough to have dinner in the Fondue Hut which was a very special and delicious experience, made even more special with incredible service from Federico. "Hotel Matthiol was our favorite stay in Switzerland! The hotel is tucked just outside the main part of Zermatt, which made it feel peaceful and private, but it was still an easy walk into town, and the complimentary shuttle was a nice bonus. We stayed in a spa room with a sauna, steam shower, and a big soaking tub right by the window overlooking the mountains. The self-guided spa was perfect for relaxing, and the massage we booked was absolutely worth it. On top of all that, the restaurant served some of the best food we had during our entire trip. We cannot wait to come back!"
