"Excellent stay at this 4 star hotel. Lovely view over the park and old town. We were greeted by Iker on reception who was so helpful and friendly. He gave informative advice on restaurants and places to visit on our first visit to Valencia. He is a credit to this hotel. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. A short 7 euro taxi ride from the centre and easy access from the airport by metro."

"Barcelo Valencia was incredible from start to finish! We arrived early in the day and although check in starts at 4, they had a room and gave it to us at 12pm. The room with the view of Ciudad de las artes y ciencias truly had a beautiful view of the city, and was spacious. Beds were comfy and bathroom big and lots of amenities available both in the room and upon request. The hotel staff are AMAZING, so kind and helpful, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and cleaners. They have signs up in the restaurant that say the breakfast is unforgettable, and they aren’t lying. There’s a chef that will make you omelettes, fresh pancakes, etc. There is also a buffet filled with every kind of fruit, cheese, bread, pastry, deli meats and more- highly recommend getting breakfast included. The chef was super understanding that we don’t eat pork and made our omelettes on some baking paper to avoid cross contamination. The pool and gym are small but still very well looked after, the rooftop bar has a great view of the city too. The location is great, not too far from the city centre, about a 25min walk and a 15min bus ride. It’s a little harder to get back at night after 10:30pm without a taxi though, as buses become less frequent. All in all, a great stay- would highly recommend staying here!!"

"The hotel is very nicely located. About 10 minutes away from the train station. #35 bus leaves across from the street for downtown area. The hotel is very modern and has a very trendy restaurant that is used for locals as well. Pablo who is the manager at the hotel is extremely helpful and best tourist guide you can have. He took the time explain to us all of the cool places to visit and how to get to each location. He made us feel like we were checking into a 6 star hotel. Extremely cordial ans also showed us a great hospitality. Every time he saw us he asked if we need anything. Our room was nide, clean and quite with a balcony looking over a nice courtyard. All you can hear was birds chirping. We really enjoyed our stay and we fell in love with Valencia "
