"The receptionist wasn't carefull enough to check our reservation. Instead of a one queen bedroom that I booked, she send us to a double queen bedroom. We were tired, but had to go back again with luggage to receptionist. Room was ok but weird there was insufficient lights, also two bulbs inside the bathroom wasn't working."

"Great Hotel but, For $600 a night in the studio. Room doesn’t get maid after one night. Very clean! Great location. Great view facing old Quebec City. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice large room with mini kitchen. Sink in washroom was plugged. Bed not that comfy. Parking underground was about $30 for two nights. View and location was great! Toilet was amazing! lol The shower was great but the knob fell off in the shower. Soaker tub was nice. Pool looked great but never used it. Machine coffee only in the room. I usually don’t stay in these higher end rooms but if you’re paying that much it should be flawless. Overall it was very nice other than the few deficiencies. Overall it was a nice hotel just a little pricey for what you get. 😘"

"I love this hotel. It has seen better days, but if you are not fussy about that, then you will love the large rooms, comfy bed and chairs and excellent pool with hot tub. The rotating restaurant is superb, for ambience, view, service and food. Some very nice mocktails too. The downstairs restaurant has a great menu, with nice salads, a very good French onion soup and breakfast too. The location couldn’t be better. You are an easy walk to chateau Frontenac, many restaurants pretty much out the front door, the musee des beaux art is a hop skip and jump, and then the beautiful plains of Abraham park is right next door. And if you don’t like walking, the hop on hop off bus stop is very close too. I loved it and will go again."

"ROOM: I had the queen bed signature room higher floor facing the garden. Perfect for a quiet room. The wonderful night activities in the Parc George -V and Grande Allee, is not heard. I loved the 2nd heater in the bathroom. Easy to use and nice to have. The Oneka hair and body care products are great. They moisturizers my skin and hair . They are in pump dispensers, mounted on the wall , making it convenient , keeping the area clean and out of the way. The only thing is, I wish there were more hooks in the washroom to hang our towels to dry and on the wall when you enter the room to hang jackets . The room is clean , simple and spacious. I love the mini fridge & safe. I wish there was a microwave. WATER & ICE dispensers: Great !There is a pitcher for you to use. I brought my water bottles with a larger opening , so I can add the ice to my water. PARKING: The ramp getting your vehicle in and out of the underground is very tight but it is possible if you take your time and go slow. I have a large SUV and other longer trucks parked there. The height of the vehicle is important. As long as there is nothing on the roof rack , you’re good. The parking space is good. There are some spaces that are larger . LOCATION, LOCATION: Parc George-V. While we were there, “Juste Pour Rire” Festival was there for 2 weekends. Many historical places to enjoy. Hop on Hop off bus stop#16 Grand Allee. Many Restaurants to choose. St. Hubert is connected to the hotel, very convenient ."
