"Awesome views of the St Lawrence River. Perks attendant on "OR" status included a home room on the 14th floor for breakfast, snacks, drinks, and an alternative front desk. The service was off the charts!"

"This was a good hotel to stay at. Great location, close to restaurants and local attractions. Very walkable location. The staff were all very professional and pleasant during our stay. The hotel room itself could use a little TLC as there is peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the carpets appeared tired and ready for replacement."
