Super limpio , definitivamente volveremos nos encanto 👍

We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Prime choice in beautiful city

Fantastic stay, as always

Clean, comfortable, great location.

We had a great stay with no issues. The staff were very pleasant at every encounter. My son loved the Omni kid activity bag they gave him and the WiFi worked well for him.

Amazing service and ambience

We booked through Wikipedia and contacted the property via the app on the check-in day, and they promptly assisted with check-in. We met at the building entrance at the check-in time, and the host personally showed us the room and handed us the keys. The room was newly built, very clean, and the building had staff on site, ensuring security and safety. We could reach out anytime for help, and they were very accommodating. Since it's a newly built building, the address wasn't accurate on Google...

We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and wanted to do it in style. A friend had stayed at The Hazelton and recommended it. I'm so glad we took her advice. As an outgoing couple we loved the fact that it was just a few minutes walk from The ROM and all those amazing stores on Bloor St. I love to run and took a 5 miles run downtown and back and felt completely safe in a new city. The concierge Dean arranged with an driver a private tour of Niagara Falls a few wineries and the...

My favorite thing about staying at this hotel was the accessibility of everything. I felt like I was in the heart of Toronto and I could walk everywhere if I wanted to experience the city on my feet. If I ever got lost I would just locate the CN tower and follow it and the hotel would be right across the street. Great decision to stay here and this will be my primary choice of hotel anytime I visit Toronto!

Todo súper y la ubicación genial

Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance from many attractions. We didn’t even need to rent a car except the day we drove to Niagara Falls and even the car rental place was within walking distance. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and kitchen utensils. Breakfast buffet every morning did not disappoint but arrive earlier than later as it gets more busy later. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with knowledge of the city, its sights and how to get there. Would...

We recently spent a week in Toronto and decided to experiment with a boutique hotel versus a known chain. We were thrilled with The Ivy. Small, at only 4 rooms, guests are pampered and indulged; the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed from the uber comfortable bed, to the plush arm chair and private balcony. The bathroom was enormous and luxurious with a large walk in shower, soaker tub (and custom blend bath salts refreshed daily), and heated floors. The facilities included a fully...

The hotel was quite nice and the staff were very helpful. There is a lot of construction around the hotel but we did know that when we were booking and it didn't really bother us. The one issue was that the room was quite dark. The walls and ceiling are painted a dark brown so any light in the room just wasn't reflected. They need to do something about that. One other tip for anyone new to Toronto and traveling to local areas - if you use the train make sure you use the Go train and not Via for...

Clean room. Very welcoming and accommodating staff the whole entire stay. No parking on property but there’s parking across from the building next to the hotel

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.
