Ich war vor dem Check-in da und konnte mein Gepäck an der Rezeption abgeben und die Stadt schonmal erkunden, mir wurde auch angeboten die Toiletten zu nutzen und mich umzuziehen.
Ich habe vom personal dann eine Benachrichtigung bekommen sobald mein Zimmer fertig war.

"This hotel is super convenient. It can be reached from inside the train station, but, it is quiet inside. There are views of the river. It is decorated with quaint antiques. There were a lot of nice touches like complimentary wine, mini bar and chocolates on the pillow. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend!!"
"Perfect location. You just can’t get a better area. Walk right out the door and everything is there. Wonderful breakfast selection and cappuccino. I loved the complimentary water and bottle of wine in my room. The staff was so excellent at the front desk. They went way above and beyond to help me. They gave my daughter this small stuffed bear and it was the nicest thing. If I go back to Lisbon I will stay there again. "

"This was my first time traveling to Europe with my 1.5 year old and I could not be happier with this hotel and experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. I had a reservation at a hard to book restaurant (Ponto Final, absolutely delicious btw!!) at 12:30pm on the day we arrived to Lisbon. Our flight landed at 8am and we got to the hotel around 10. I had never checked in early at a hotel (and I’ve been to 11 other countries) and this Hotel made it so incredibly easy!

"This was a top-notch hotel. Better than a lot of four star hotels that I’ve stayed at before. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options. Very convenient area in the middle of Lisbon. Close to everything. Metro stations were very close by as well. Staff were nice as well. The room was small by North American standards but felt very comfortable as the layout was very efficient. Definitely recommend!"
