"We had a fab stay at Jam Lisbon. The staff were amazing especially Pamela at front desk who was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for our trip. It was my birthday so I was treated to a complimentary drink at the rooftop pool and bar which was really nice. The hotel was very funky, would definitely recommend. "

Bathroom some rust on the tub close to the faucet and drain on the sink in the bathroom was loose stopping the water going down. Air conditioner was too warm.. Employees were fantastic from the beginning of our staying until the end on any department. Congratulations to all your employees. "
