"Il persone le é gentilissima sempre sorridente ma le nostra richieste vengono soddisfatte solo dopo tanto richiami purtroppo io chiedo un rimborso . La Luce in bagno l’hanno sistemata dopo 3 giorni . Non c’era la carta igienica asciugamani . La caméra non era proprio quella che ho prenotato . "We reserved one week and we couldn't stay for only one night because the hotel was so dirty and the bathroom so tiny and I wasn't able to use and moldy, I requested refund for whatever they can offer and they refused to pay anything back and we left, Hotel must be outside Expedia!"
