"This property is very nice, fairly new, however the hotel is located on the service road off of I35 and you need to pass thru another business before you get to the hotel. The amazon warehouse is right behind the property and you can hear their trucks coming in and out and that made it very difficult to sleep. "

"I took a much needed break to fly out to visit my son. The place was Perfect!! Small but cozy and comfortable. I was close to visit with him and close enough to downtown to sightsee. The outdoor area was so inviting. Well kept, quiet, and private. The hot tub was a nice perk. The owners were more than accommodating and even got me a small cooler with ice so I could cool down some drinks quickly. I plan on going again after the New Year and I hope the property is available. I would definitely stay again. "
"Overall size of house was perfect and the beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Upon arrival we requested an early arrival due to constant rain, at 1st they were willing but later was informed we would need to submit payment via venmo to expedite cleaning crew(no big deal). When we arrived at the house there were old insects(not the clean kind) around entire baseboard in living area along with cobwebs in the corner. Throughout night more started to appear. Contacted owner and the only thing she offered was cleaning crew to come back. I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you have young childen"
