"Excellent accommodation tucked away in the beautiful countryside. Ed and Tracey are fantastic hosts with an excellent eye for detail. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay with the added bonus of the hot tub looking out on an amazing view. Nothing is too much trouble for these fantastic hosts and the welcome pack of home made cake and cookies was a perfect touch to this already amazing place. Highly recommend "

Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

Much Wenlock is not far and is a pretty town. As others, we struggled to find it at first as we did not approach from Much Wenlock. "Staff were excellent both at check in and any time of the day. Breakfast was very good and the lounge area was very comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of Shrewsbury so access to all areas is very easy . Good internet access and the bedroom comfortable with a bath as well. Evening meal the restaurant was also good. Would recommend this hotel."

"Great one night stay. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast hamper in the room - the hotel doesn’t do a formal breakfast, however a very good hamper is provided in your room with granola, dried fruit mix, cornflakes, croissants and apples. There’s also tea/coffee, and milk and yogurt in the fridge. I thought this was a great idea and it was all included in the cost of the room. I would definitely stay there again. "
