    Upstairs, 1 large terrace with a tropical Sala to enjoy the view and making your BBQ party memorable.
    Adjacent to the Sala terrace, another one with a large sun deck surrounded by tropical vegetation,
    In the night ... the sky will bright your eyes thanks to the stunning stars shows.
    The villa comprises of
    3 Master suite bedrooms all with king size beds and 3 bathrooms wide (2 & 3 separated shower bathtubs) - min 30m2 Each
    1 Large living room and dining room plus 1 separate living room annexed to the Studio room (ideal for kids). Both equipped with smart TV (Netflix - bring your code, YouTube, international channels) 65“ and 55” respectively.
    A fully equipped Western Kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine & fridge freezer)
    A private pool (nobody outside the villa can see) 7m x 3m
    A / C in all bedrooms, living room
    Possibility to-have baby / children beds if needed.
    Dog / Cat are welcome (limit to 1 animal)

    For your security
    Villa is highly secured to protect your valuables and your relative. Electric fences, 2 alarms systems (with motion detector), Safety boxes in each bedroom.

    Rate includes: Gardening and pool cleaning / maintenance. Maid (twice/ week), WIFI. Not included, electricity and water, charged on your consumption. A typically monthly rent will cost circa 5,000 THB.

Great 3 bedroom place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The manager, Fong, was fantastic. The owner was quick to respond to a few lighting issues. The place was an oasis.

La maison est top l emplacement ideal mai le summum du summun c est l acceuil de la gouvernante ! Cela 20 ans que je voyage la première fois que cela ce passe aussi bien ! Madame nong est tous simplement a votre ecoute elle fait absolument tous sont possible meme au dela pour que votre sejour ce passe au mieux . Nous avons fait la peche au marlin bleu la visite des iles en bateau privatisé grace a ces connaissances elle nous a loué des scooters au prix local nous a préparé plusieurs festins réservé tous les taxis enfin juste parfait. La villa est tous conforts hyper propres . Manques juste la plancha a gaz pour évitez d allumé le bbc lol Je vous conseille vraiment cette endroit rawai est tres bien pour les activités la plage de nai harn est a 5 minutes en scooter et tous les services sont au dela de nos espérances Merci a yannick et a nong pour notre sejour exceptionnel nous reviendrons c est une certitude.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus mit 5 Personen für 3 Wochen Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichten und sehr sauber. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und sauber. Die Hausmeisterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich denke wir werden nochmal wieder kommen. Der Strand von Nai Harn ist mit dem Roller in ca. 10 min zuerreichen. Supermarkt, Rollervermietung und Wäscherei sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

La villa est très confortable avec des prestations de qualité. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Le ménage est fait 2 fois par semaine avec entretien de la piscine et du jardin. Tous les commerces et restaurants sont très proches au bout du chemin en sortant de la maison à droite . La plage est plus loin, il faut un moyen de locomotion, scooter ou bus.Le taxi est par contre cher. Merci à Nong pour son chaleureux accueil.

We loved it. Very clean and very good interior. Quiet. Stayed three weeks. Only mosquitos gutter at the doors were missing. Could not open doors at night. We will come again!!

THE FANTASTIC HOLIDAY!! We have been in this "Dream-Villa" from January to March 2016 for about 10 weeks. My wife, 3 children (4, 3 and 1 years old) and me. The Villa is placed in a quiet and safety area in Rawai on the island Phuket. The road by the house is good "to go" but not so good "to drive", that's very good because that means little traffic (about 10 cars per day) :-) . Many small shops and restaurants down the road (5 minutes to go). And some nice markets on the main road 3 times a week. We used the local bus to go to Phuket town or to the wonderful Beach in Nai Harn (clean water and nice sand). The bus (a blue Pick-up) is much cheaper than Taxi or Tuk-Tuk. Only 20 THB to the beach. The Villa was perfect for us, 3 big bedrooms an bathrooms, nice kitchen and a big living room. The pool looks a little bit small on the pictures but it is bigger "in real"! We had a very good service: House cleaning 2 times a week, laundry and "Pool-service". The "Pool-Boy" Charles, makes our stay to a "Holiday"....He did everything for us an gives us the best service!! Just a call and he comes... In this area all houses have water tanks, our villa had a 2200 liter water tank, we filled about 2 times a week (very cheap to fill). Only one call to Charles and the water was filled up! The roof terrace was incredible! Sun all the day, barbecue grill and a fantastic view! This Villa was perfect for us and i'm sure we will come back! Thank you for 10 fantastic weeks Yannik and Charles! :-)
