"Super stay for 2 nights. Staff attentive and helpful. If you have issues with stairs, be sure to ask for a room that doesn't require extra stairs even after exiting the elevator/lift. Only down side was the occasional noise ar street level, but that's not the hotel's fault. The closeness to the train station made the area worthwhile."

"Great breakfast and cheerful happy staff."

"Spacious room helpful staff, varied breakfast, great for gluten-free . Shame no evening restaurant open tho."

"Would stay again, great location and nice room with everything you need"

"Good sized rooms with good breakfast"

"Stayed here a few times now great place to stay"

"Needed a nice, affordable place close to Heathrow for our last night in UK, and this place turned out great. Have stayed here twice now"

"Excellent from arrival to leaving. We only had breakfast but it was probably one of the best I have had in recent times Very helpful front desk for making arrangements to get us on our way home when the train was cancelled"

"An incredible experience, amazing staff, delicious food, awesome room 10/10"

"Nice property and unbelievable breakfast"

"The hotel was a very convenient place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the members of staff were very helpful. My only criticism is that the toiletries in the bathroom were really poor quality and were insufficient for two people - a minor niggle perhaps, but annoying when you travel light and rely on what is provided."
