Calaboose Retreat- Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool, Pool Table, FirePit, Fireplace

10/10 Excellent
"This property is stunning and the pictures don't do the justice! We had 5 of us there for some mountain adventures away from the house. We sure did enjoy the massive property, beautiful house, and wonderful pool/play area. Everything was super clean from head to toe. The kitchen island is massive and left tons of room for all the food we brought, cooking/prep space, etc.The outside covered areas were plentiful with two sides of the house covered with chairs and great views of the side and backyard. We had two doggos with us and they really enjoyed the property.Communication with the property management company/owner was second to none. Check-in/check out was a breeze and low maintenance. Be careful on the road when you're a few miles out. All 3 cars experienced close calls with local dogs and many many squirrels!Lastly, we went on a guided sxs (side-by-side/UTV) tour that was really fun."

"The cabin was great! Had some issues finding it as the address provided took us to a house right past it, and it was hard to look for the signs with no lights. Once we found the property it was a great weekend!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The cabin itself was clean. The porch is another story. The porch is very dirty and should be cleaned as most guests want to sit out there and enjoy it. The doors to the cabin are very dirty and need some attention. We were only left with one towel per person and not enough wash rags per person. Two dish towels and two hand towels for a 5-day stay. You need to leave more towels when people are staying that long. Communication with the host was excellent, we asked for more towels to be brought and she did have the cleaning person bring us more. Also, on the advertisement for this particular cabin it says there's a washer and dryer. However there is not. So I believe your advertisement for this cabin should be updated."

"Secluded area with great amenities (game area, man made pond with kayaks, deck with hot tub, fire pit). Comfortable indoor space, newly built, stylish. Roughly 30 minutes from Red River Gorge main trails.Only comment is that the toilet isn’t behind a door, which is a feature they should mention!"
