"Really beautiful house and location. Must confess, I realized more that driving up and down mountains makes me nervous, but that’s a me thing.The house and its amenities were excellent, the property manager, Scout, very helpful. It’s a 20-30 min drive down for food, gas or stores, so something to consider. But that’s the sacrifice for such an amazing view. The walk down to the beach is a good stair workout."

"Perfect Home, Property and Location for Group of 11Everyone was so pleased with the features, layout, and indoor and outdoor accommodations for our large group. The home was well-designed and comfortable. Beds were great. The grounds were attractive and well kept. It was less than a 5-minute walk to magnificent Stinson Beach, and there are many nice hiking trails in this area. We had fun day trips to Point Reyes National Seashore, Muir Woods, Marshall, and Petaluma.The house listing was accurate, and Don was superb in providing timely response and assistance.I would love to return for another stay at this property."

"We had a fantastic visit. This place is so close to the water, to town, and so wonderfully well-stocked. Beach umbrella, chairs, full kitchen, the works. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. Our family has dog allergies and we had no problem staying here. The place is well-kept. Excellent communication from the host. Thank you for having us! "

"We decided to book this lovely home to hold our elopement ceremony with a few close friends. The deck overlooks some beautiful hills that you can see the fog roll through in the mornings. It was perfect for 7 people to chat and cook and eat together, while simultaneously offering rooms far enough away from each other to give the occupants privacy if needed.Aside from the view, the kitchen and decor are probably the next best things. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, bowl, etc. that you would think to need, and the fridge and freezer were spacious. The fridge had a water dispenser and ice maker as well. As for the decor, this was not a cookie cutter VRBO but a cozy home filled with all sorts of unique art, Beatles paraphernalia, Godzilla statues and more. It’s got a lot personality.Greg was super responsive during our stay and there were detailed notes throughout about little quirks of the house to help you familiarize yourself with the space. The home was clean, the beds super comfy, and, though cell signal was difficult to get, the WiFi worked wonderfully. The stairs down to the home from the street were navigable for us 30-somethings with bad knees. There’s also a handrail if you’re worried about it. We were able to carry ice chests and luggage down it with only a minimal amount of huffing and puffing.Overall, we would highly recommend and are so happy we chose this home for our elopement!
