Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. "First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops.
