"The hotel is in a good location for city attractions and shopping. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress needs replacing. Very lumpy and uneven. Stayed 5 nights, room wasn't cleaned or made up once. Had to request a new toilet roll. Breakfast ok but not much choice. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)"

"When we arrived the place was very cold 14 degrees and a window was open. We turned up heat, closed window and went into town, returned 3 hrs later. After returning, apt warmed up to 17 when thermostat was set to 20. And also - a very pungent sewer smell was pervasive in apt. Guessing that is why window was open when we arrived? We left again to walk to Ahoy for tennis and returned 3 hrs later to an even worse smell and cold apartment. We left that night and went to a hotel. I did not communicate with host - except re: it being cold when we checked in. Could have been ok with the cold - but the smell was awful. Would not recommend this rental. The host did let us check-in early. "

"Comfortable space, smart bathroom. Patio doors to garden was great as it was hot during our visit. Nice calm neighbourhood. Good bus service to city centre. The kitchen is fine for basics but there were no cooking utensils or microwave, something that could easily be added! Overall, a secure and relaxing home. "
