"Great hotel and location. Staff was wonderful and property was well maintained. Swimming pool area and playroom were big hits for our family. Only thing that could be improves was the cold temperature of the water: quite cold."

"The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by. "

Colchão velho, ar condicionado imundo, frigobar com mofo e sem nada, chuveiro sem condições de banho (demorei 15 minutos para regular a água, depois desisti e tomei banho gelado mesmo) e com muita poeira. Não tem nada de spa. O que eles fazem mesmo são eventos de final de semana."
