"Liked: The FOOD., Since when is 'hotel' food any good? Well, here! I had a BLT and it was the best I've ever had anywhere. I watched the guy beside me inhale the chicken entree which is usually pedestrian elsewhere and at other hotels, but it looked amazing. A very small menu but the quality is top notch. The STAFF. Very friendly help at the front desk (forgot a razor), breakfast servers were nice and efficient, bartender Saab was cordial and engaging.
Didn't like: NO pantry for snacks and on-the-go purchases. No drug store nearby and you do not want to walk up and around the corner to 7-11 at night. Or in my case, in the rain. Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby but it felt like being in a MEAT LOCKER- freezing (that's a lot of places though in summer in the south so bring a sweater or coat for indoor dining as a back up.)"
