"Ther was a complementary shuttle that picked us up from the airport-the hotel is very close and the check in process was quick. They even gave us going information about transportation for the next day."

"Loved the location and ease of accessing the airport. I literally took the elevator to the United check-in. A porter wheeled the luggage down for me. Super easy! The in room dining staff was awesome! The food was terrific. The only flaw was in the restaurant. The hostess gave me a fantastic table near the windows. I ordered coffee and juice which came quickly. Then I waited and waited. I did not get a second cup of coffee for a long time. Nor did I get my breakfast for almost an hour. Several groups that came in after me got their food. I only got my food, simple oatmeal, after my waitress checked with the kitchen. No explanation was given for the long delay. In spite of this, I had a wonderful stay and will stay with them again."

"You can walk to almost everything. There is a Yaohan center located right behind the hotel, and a unique food court is situated on the 2nd floor of the building next door. I had the best scrambled egg sandwich there. Across the street is the Aberdeen Center, and there are many restaurants nearby. I would stay here again next time I am in Richmond."

"Very clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after getting caught in the rain. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty! Very convenient to the airport with the free shuttle. I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend! Also, it’s a ten-fifteen minute walk to the Richmond Night Market which is worth checking out. "
