"We were there a month. House was cozy and warm in the harsh London winter. Heated floors in the kitchen were luxurious. House has everything you need. Master-bedroom is super comfortable-Hosts are lovely and just a Text away to solve any questions or issues. We stayed in this area because it’s walking distance to my daughter’s house. Train lines are easy and you can get most anywhere from here by train."

There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!"

"I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

"The room we stayed had bed bugs and we were eaten up big time. We were moved to another room. Staff is very friendly. The owner reported that he is going to take care of the room. Learned a lesson to check the bedding as soon as we enter from now on! This is the very first time this had happened to us. We were naive. Did not think it could be bed bugs! Being very close to Paddington railway station makes the hotel vulnerable to all kinds of infestations and infections. "
