"The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor. "

"A lovely experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and many knew why I was there - to see The Ring, so it was nice they asked about it. Great breakfast. Highly recommend (and it's SO close to the opera house!)."

"Beautiful hotel. We had a lake view room which was fabulous. Lots of space, and a little balcony. I read some negative reviews about the air conditioning, but the temperature was perfect for us (in May). Great breakfast. The only downside was the coffee wasn't great, but we are coffee snobs!!"
