"The accommodation was perfect for our 3 generation family group. We loved the quiet location of this historic home. The views from the apartment are stunning. The flower filled gardens are beautiful and we all enjoyed the pool and shady seating areas around it.Fonzy and Enzo are excellent welcoming hosts and we would definitely recommend having some of Fonzy’s delicious dinners.The villa is accessed by a long and bumpy track but it is well worth taking it to stay in this beautiful holiday...

"Staying at Pepi Villa is like getting a week in a 1600 century museum! Each morning we got up and fed the chickens and checked to see if there were any eggs. Then a dip in the beautiful pool before we took of for Florence or Sienna. The owner, Ilaria is the best host. She arranged a Chef to come and make us the most amazing dinner for my Brother's engagement. Each room has been preserved with pictures and furniture from The Family Pepi over generations. We had the time of our lives!"
