"Fabulous location for the trams and hiking/biking up to the Matterhorn. The gentleman at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was the nicest we had in 3 weeks in Europe. They offered luggage storage as well. We loved having a balcony/terrace that looked up to the Matterhorn. We loved staying here. "

"A good value in a very expensive resort. No fridge or microwave in the room but that's typical for a 3-star hotel in Zermatt. Single room very cramped. Very desirable location and access to lift stations. Great breakfast!"

"This property was the perfect choice for our 3 night stay in Zermatt. It was right in the center of town with only a 5 min walk to the train station yet it still felt peaceful and quiet. The rooms are beautifully appointed with modern yet elegant decor. The bed, sheets and pillows were excellent quality and I slept like the dead each and every night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendship which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was more of a continental style breakfast but it was perfectly adequate with great quality breads, cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc. If I return to Zermatt I would definitely choose this hotel again. "
