"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "
