"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. "We stayed for three nights at this cosy boutique hotel and we had a wonderful time. It has a direct private access to the beach front. Private parking is also a big plus in Buzios. The view from the room is outstanding. I highly recommended. "
