This vacation home is a 2-room semi-detached house that covers an area of 30 m2. It is perfect for a group of 3 adults and 1 child. The furnishings are simple and practical, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The living/sleeping room is equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm), dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also an exit to the terrace, which offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea and Giglio. The bedroom has a French bed (140 cm) for a good night's sleep.

The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and 4 gas rings, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and WC. The home also has electric heating.

The large terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. It covers an area of 100 m2 and comes with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs.

Please note that this vacation home is not suitable for small children due to safety reasons. Additionally, it is a non-smoking property, and only one pet/dog is allowed. There are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.
