"We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "

"We had an amazing stay in one of the three street level suites. The terrace offers incredible views. The suite was fantastic, new, clean and fresh. The service was excellent. Be prepared to travel by car, bus or taxi to Riomaggiore as it is a 10 minute trip to town. If you are without a car, don't count on a taxi. There is only one in the area. The bus stop is close, and altough the bus does come regulalry/hourly, for some it could be a challenging factor relying on the bus. Overall, a wonderful hotel. Also, check out the restaurant/bar 290m down the road. Worth the busy road walk! "
