"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "

"Very very very small showers. The property employees were excellent accommodating us by moving us to a bigger room (of course we had to pay the difference, no problem) but the shower was the same size. Will definitely stay there again. "

"What a gem! Such an amazing place, all the amenities needed to ensure a memorable stay. We had the basement suite with gated private exterior parking and a courtyard with an outside dinning area. The owner greeted us with a bottle of wine and local water from Cinque Terre. Pietro the manager was so helpful and welcoming and always available to help. Truly an amazing place. "Property was easy to get to. So close to the main train station. Right on one of the main streets of La Spezia. There is a small lift if you don’t want to go up the 3 flights of stairs. But they are nice easy stairs. The place was pretty big, had a fridge which was great and air con. Came back to a made bed every afternoon and clean room. Really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend it.
