"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "Front desk was very helpful and kind. I liked that the parking fee came out of the deposit- it was reimbursed quickly. It was very easy to check in and out. Parking lot had plenty of spaces. The room was clean. However was a weird smell, perhaps smoke? Otherwise, it was fine- had everything we needed and was comfortable. Wifi was easy to connect to and bathroom had plenty of towels. There was a fridge in the room as well. Not bad and would stay again if I was in the area!"

"Parking at the entrance to Holland Tunnel is the most valuable asset of this hotel. Our room seems to have been recently renovated and the bed, bathroom fixtures etc were amazing! The room is decently sized and while it adjoins one of the busiest roads of Jersey City, it was remarkably quiet. The hotel is at a seven minute walk from Newport Mall with decent dining options. The two reasons that this review doesn’t get 5 stars is because there was a lot of noise due to remodeling of rooms around us and the “included breakfast” was modest just croissants, muffins, juice and coffee. Finally, the staff is amazing, especially the housekeeping!"
