"We’ve stayed in several other vacation homes but The Sea Otter House is by far the best! The home is beautifully decorated for the best guest experience. Our bed was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the large garden tub with jets and shower. The upstairs kitchen we used was well stocked with all the tools we needed for cooking and serving and we even used the grill outside for our delicious fresh caught fish. Using the 6-seat golf cart was so much fun—and we even spotted deer one evening. We also loved sitting by the fire pit—so relaxing and beautiful by the water. The house is ideally located, close to great restaurants, manatees, and community shopping and events by boat, kayak, golf cart and car. A really great vacation home!!"

"We were both so pleased with this home from the moment we walked in. The place has wide open spaces with 2 living areas and a comfortable couch for lounging. Every room has a skylight which makes the place bright and cheerful. The beds were comfortable (which is frequently not the case with home rentals) and the kitchen has all the amenities! Then there is the reason we chose this place... the 60 feet of dock space right out the back door! So convenient for fishing! Let's not forget to mention the great blue heron that hangs out close by! We will definitely plan our next trip to Homasassa around this home's availability! Oh and the owner was close by if you needed anything so thanks Terry!"

"In town for a fishing trip. Perfect location to walk to dinner at our favorite local spots. House was perfect for me and my sons. Newly renovated master bath was very nice and well done. Due to our daily schedule we didn’t utilize the outdoor amenities but host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you need. Carport came in handy for a few stormy nights keeping the car covered. We will recommend to others and book here again."

"This house is not just a rental. It’s a home. When you’re staying there it has everything that you need. We loved the downstairs game room. The back patio was great for barbecuing. The Springs are just a few minutes away or you can go fishing in no time at all. It’s perfectly located for restaurants. Also, by boat or by car."

"Great location and property. Tons of activities nearby. We got rained out the entire time but the house was very nice. Kayaks were included and the kids spent a lot of time using them. Fishing was also fun off the dock. Would stay again. Place was clean and taken care of. Friends stayed nearby in other residences and they were no where near as clean."
