"We have had the opportunity to stay in many short-term rentals; some good, some not so good. This home is hands down one of the nicest we have had the pleasure of renting. Perfect location on a canal just a few hundred feet from the main river and maybe a 10-minute ride to the springs to the left, and a 20-minute ride to the Gulf to the right. Also, just a few minutes from several nice restaurants on the river. I loved that this home was located in a nice, gated community and that a 6-person golf cart was included with the stay. We chose to use that to get to the local eateries. This home was very clean and well stocked. There were so many small touches such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms, a well-stocked and supplied kitchen, and indoor and outdoor games. The bedroom we used was the first one on the left after you get to the top of the stairs and let me tell you, I slept so well in that bed! The owner manages the rental, and she is excellent about communicating all of the Infromation you will need for your stay. I would rate this one 10/10 and am looking ar re-booking."

"This house looks newly renovated. The kitchen appliances are impressive, as is the entire house. The bed was super comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality. The location is close to anything you need yet far enough out to be away from traffic. Parking is large enough for a truck and boat trailer useful as the boat ramp is only five minutes away."
