"Best Bed ever!!! Clean, good proximity to things to do on river and food. Could have used a sink for dishes and would have been next level if deck was screened in (bygs)corner riad very busy and noiesy outside, didnt expect that but for 2 nights, great sleep. "

"House was very comfortable and clean, kitchen is well outfitted with everything you need. We were able to catch some small mangrove snapper off the dock, so fun for the kids. The floating dock is a positive to not have to worry about tides and the boat lines. We were able to get a 23' pontoon out to the river on a very low tide, it was tight in places but doable. Only negative was no TV in the master bedroom."

"The electrical definitely needs improvement. Door handle in back room needs fixed. Other than that the stay was amazing. Great location! Great atmosphere! Definitely will be back to visit homasassa! "

"We absolutely loved our stay. This is probably one of my all time favorite homes we’ve ever rented. The home is even prettier in person, the grounds are beautiful, it’s spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We went to relax and enjoy the water and fishing and my only complaint is I wish we’d stayed longer. Between the 5 of us fishing we probably caught 30 fish and my father in-law thinks he counted 8 different species including a couple crabs and sting rays (not on purpose, ha!).It truly is a gem, the owners responded so quickly whenever I had a question, I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!! We truly enjoyed our time. "

"The back yard was great for our dog. The neighbors were so quiet we spent a great deal of time on the dock area and felt as though we were alone. The house was small but convenient and had everything we needed. "

"Everything was provided. We brought our towels and everything for the kitchen. Needed none of it. Bed was so comfotable. Left with hundreds of bug bites. They kept us from enjoying the hot tub. We wanted more time in it for our backs. Lots of activities provided. Deer came to visit. Such nice amenities for the dogs. They enjoyed their time as well. We hope to return to this vrbo again. So enjoyed the relaxation. Didn't need to wander anywhere. The wild animal park nearby is an excellent place. "
