"Room was always cleaned. Staff was very helpful, employee Sadie provided amenities around the hotel. buffet/food was amazing. Drinks were top notch. Shows were awesome especially the Micheal Jackson actor, great imitation performance."

"This hotel is awesome! The staff overall is great(sirenio, karen. What you should know when booking: there are multiple hotels in one. the property is huge. Even if it says you are booked in the one and you are placed in another-it really is all the same because it is within the same property. They have a multiple pools on the property and a kids area with slides. There is lots to do. They have a mall with a bowling place and arcade. food and drinks are included here too, but if you want to bowl or play in the arcade you do have to pay. There is also a small water park for children(also costs extra), but it seemed small so we did not utilize it. they also have a club on the property. it was fun! the ocean is rocky in some areas with minimal seaweed. there is a small area where you can snorkel. they provide gear. they have an amazing spa. i recommend booking within 48 hours of arriving for an extra discount. The food is great. they also have lots of restaurants that require reservations. the downside is depending on your stay they only give you a small amount of reservations. For example, i stayed 5 nights and only received 2 days where I was able to reserve. I recommend booking the day you arrive or it will be difficult to get in. Lastly, they have lots of shows, but they are not good. I feel like they are geared to a certain population(americans/white) and therefore they are pretty boring. the singers and band are amazing, but they have to sing some pretty boring songs."

"The resort was fine. The rooms were clean. Our toilet didnt flush well... other than that the rooms were great. The food was delicious. Drinks were fine. Beach was good. A little rocky. The seaweed was what it was. Not that big of a deal to me. The pool was really warm. I was not expecting it be warm. We weren't overly impressed with the upsale tactics. That was really unfortunate."
