"This was our 2nd visit to Brookside Lodge, and we're already planning our 3rd. Hotel is older, but very well maintained and charming. Love the balcony and sitting and listening to water. Be on the look out for bears as we saw at least one every day. Hotel has a quiet location, on the trolley line, and very easy access if you want to go into Pidgeon Forge. Breakfast is average but large clean cozy rooms more than makeup for it. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Won't stay anywhere else."
